“Booked 2 rooms but they only let me check into 1 and did not receive any discount or refund. Staff was rude and unprofessional.”

“I arrived late, front desk was very accommodating. We asked for suggestions to get pizza since the restaurant was closing. The front desk told us to go talk to them. Kitchen was closing in 5 minutes but they made our pizza and wings without any complaints. Food was hot and delicious. This resort has wonderful views of the Bay, friendly staff and great food… ”

“We had a pleasant stay at Sugar Beach Resort Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, and we enjoyed the pool area and the small arcade, which kept the kids entertained. While the breakfast box was adequate, we felt it could have been more substantial. We did notice that the rooms and the hotel itself are a bit dated, but the location right on the beach is truly outstanding and makes up for it.”

“No restaurant for breakfast. Pool outdoors has half of the paint chipped off. I had to request room service after a please clean room on the door for 9 hours. No security at the hotel, people in swim suits in the lounge areas eating pizza on a plush sofa. Game room not attended by staff, guests moving furniture and kids doing cartwheels. ”

“Breakfast was great. Pool was cold and hot tub jets had no power at all. Toilet leaked on the floor, faucet was loose and moved around. No ice in the ice machine. No TV channel menu so was very hard to navigate. Probably won't recommend to anyone. ”

“Clean room. Clean lobby. Nice staff. Breakfast was good. Hallways dirty, trash by elevators not taken out for the 3 days we were there. ”

“Hair in our shower, carpet had bits of stuff on it. The wallpaper peeling, the hot tub had huge ring of dirt around it and when on the bubbles turned to a dirty foam. Pool water was murky couldn’t see bottom. Staff very nice, breakfast was wonderful. View of water nice.”
