「No email/text or phone call to communicate the stay was cancelled. Messages on the app that i didnt know i needed.Travelled almost 2 hours in poor weather conditions with a toddler, to phone the place and the ‘office be closed’. Phoned help line which is in india who just kept telling me to wait 1 hour. 3 times!!! 」

「Fantastic property and very clean, hot tub was amazing and very relaxing and checked daily, and hosts were so kind leaving a bottle of Prosecco, a lovely selection of fresh fruit, bottled water and a bowl of chocolates! Any questions asked, were replied to immediately.....THANK YOU, you made it an amazing stay and we will definitely be back and be recommending you to our family and friends. X」
