"A 3* hotel that's more like a 5* hotel. We booked the Family Edge Twin Room and it was one of the best choices we made. The room was so spacious, we had lovely corner view of the city, the bathroom was very modern and huge! Air conditioning was working and able to set the temperature. The bed and pillows were probably one of the best i've had a hotel and I fell asleep almost immediately. Laundry is available though you will need to pay for it. In the lobby there are snacks and ramen you can purchase and the breakfast options were great. Location wise it is perfect. You go downstairs, take a left and you are right into the Myeongdong night market. When I come back to Seoul, I will 1000% be coming back here to stay."

"Loved the location as it is close to everything but unfortunately the pool and hot tub being in the basement was disappointing. There is no general lounging area where one could enjoy a latte and relax, unless I missed it, and the area near the front desk was often crowded. The best thing besides the location was the staff, particularly Ms Lee at the front desk. A real asset to the guests and a reflection of the hire’s desire to provide exceptional customer service."

"The hotel was very well located for Myeongdong. Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. It had coin laundry facilities in the hotel which was very convenient. However you had to go to the 3rd floor for irons (no irons available in the bedroom)."
