“Quick response from host. Very clean. Easy check in/ out process. Would 100% recommend!”

“Host was responsive and helpful. Property was great. Excellent location and well appointed.”

“Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We ran into a small snag at the gate when we arrived, but Matthew was very responsive and had the issue resolved quickly. Matthew was a wonderful host, and I would highly recommend his condo. The condo is also pet friendly, but a small deposit is requested. In the end, we decided not to bring our pet. One suggestion for future guests who are coffee drinkers, be……

“Great spacious and clean 2-story condo! Excellent location in Big Canoe! Large screened in outdoor patio was a great spot to relax.”

“The room was perfect for our stay. Clean and had everything we needed. Communication was a 10! Wish we were able to enjoy getting in the pool, it was closed because of the city, not because of the property. We were able to sit around the pool and it was nice. There are many places to eat at within walking distance. The covered parking is a plus!! Would stay here again.”

“Absolutely beautiful property with a view perfect for our July 4th long weekend family of 4. Loved the proximity to the beach club. You can tell the home is very loved and cared for with attention to detail (like new sink sponge, festive throw pillows and napkins). We did arrive to a broken upstairs AC, but the hosts were quick to address it and make it right with minimal disruption to our stay (our kids didn’t mind an air mattress). Whoever is next will get a brand new AC unit! Would absolutely……

“We had a really nice stay at this 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo. The space had everything we needed for 5 weeks after we sold out house. The beds were comfortable, and the wifi never had any trouble which made remote work easy. Bathrooms had shower over bath and temperature and pressure of water was good. There is even a washer and dryer so you don’t need to get to a laundromat. And there is always parking available out front. It’s not overly fancy, but it was perfect for our needs - tidy, quiet, and……

“The dryer in the property didn't work. It took three days for the owner to get the dryer fixed where we had to go to a laundromat. The dishwasher never worked and the owner made no effort to fix it, telling us to wash dishes by hand. The entire condo smelled of cat, despite not listing that it had animals in the property. Instead, several air fresheners were used, but that isn't helpful when two of us were allergic to cats. The second toilet stopped working a day before we left and the owner……

“I have stayed at multiple VRBOs in the past, but this was the WORST stay ever! I would NOT recommend this site to anyone!”
