“Everything was clean and tidy, and the beds were really comfortable. We had the main bedroom, and the large closet and bathroom were great. We had family staying in the other bedroom, and they did say that the other bedrooms had no storage other than hang up space in the closet. I relayed this to the very responsive property manage, and they thanked me for the suggestion. I would definitely stay there again!”

“This basement level, one room, one bathroom space was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and seemed very spacious even with three of us in the room. There was room to eat, work and just hang out. it was very clean and well organized. It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20 minute walk from the metro (because a lot of it is uphill). Easy access in and out of the space. Terry was a great communicator and host!”

“This was the best stay we had during our 12 day trip from Boston to Chattanooga. We suffered on hotel mattresses in every other place, but the mattress at this condo was HEAVENLY! As my husband and I are heavy set, this was such a relief for us. I loved having access to a washer and dryer which allowed us to only need to pack for 7 days instead of all 12. The location was perfect for ubering into DC and there were several food options nearby. This was seriously the best experience I have had……

“The apartment was a little smaller than expected but it was big enough for my husband and I. I had a bit of a hard time getting the heater going because I am not familiar with split AC (the temp was 40⁰) so I messaged the owner and I got an immediate response with a instructional video. After the apartment warmed up, it was so cozy I didn't want to leave!”

“When I rent a vrbo for races that I travel too, I only care about the comfort of the bed and the effectiveness of the shower. For this space, those were the two best things which was perfect for me. “Place was amazing, definitely coming back to this property whenever we visit Washington again. Only a few little things I would suggest, for example we were short on towels, and toilet paper since the quality wasn’t so good it run out super fast. Kitchen stove is gas and nothing to turn it on was provided. So if you’re going to use the stove either bring matches or a lighter. Overall, place is awesome and “We host” has a great service.”
