"This villa has a great location, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and open air veranda patio. We rented a jeep from Varlack in Cruz Bay. The villa is up two unpaved switchbacks but had a concrete parking ramp. The AC was very good. Very short drive over to two supermarkets in town. Excellent jumping off point for all East end beaches. Owner communication was excellent during two 1hr power outages. Ample amount of towels, and we used the provided beach bag cooler, beach chairs, beach towel, umbrella and chairs and blender. Home WiFi and Bluetooth speakers were excellent. We had Verizon cell service the entire time. We brought our own snorkel gear and water. We did not use the grill. We enjoyed reading all the local books provided. Would recommend."

"Everything about this place was perfect. The location, the amenities, the layout, the gorgeous view, the breeze. The pool, outdoor shower and expansive back deck were the winners! When we weren’t out and about exploring the many beaches we were hanging out on the cool and breezy back deck. What a dream! We could not have asked for a better experience from start to end. We will for sure be back!"

"Loved the house & Kim was very helpful and checked in with us several times during our visit to make sure things were going well and that we didn't we need anything. Close to Coral Bay and all the restaurants in the area are 10 minutes away. Pay attention to the listing warning about the road- driving up and down is an adventure. Be sure you have a jeep/high ground clearance truck- the last mile or so is dirt roads and very rocky."

"Beautiful home, gorgeous view, exactly as described. We were there in the beginning of june and the pool was warm especially in the afternoon. There are beach chairs, coolers, and ice packs available. We did have an issue getting a phone signal but with the wifi it wasn’t a big deal for us. The road is rough but just make sure you have 4 wd and you’ll be fine. You are right by skinny legs and 10-20 minutes from all the best beaches"

"We enjoyed our time at this house. It has beautiful views from all rooms. The driveway is very steep but doable. Had good communication with the host when something needed to be fixed or if we had any questions. The kitchen cabinets were a little tired and had elastics around the knobs to keep them closed. Could have some updating, but still a nice property. It was very windy when we were there so didn't sit out on the wraparound porch. The pool was fine, but was a bit cool to go in unless in the heat of the day. It was a nice visit and would like to go back again!"
