We have stayed here several times over the last 18 months and love the location. we have stayed in multiple units as well. A very short walk to beach and restaurants, the Cove farmers market is also walking distance. You can watch boats on the intracoastal all day in the lanai. The complex is smaller and quiet, the condo has everything you need and is clean and nice, I’m sure we will be back soon. Thanks for a great stay!!

Hubby (67yo) and I (61yo) enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to be able to walk to the beach. We liked that it was quiet and we enjoyed watching the boats go by. Cleanliness was top notch. Also, my questions to Brampton Park were answered in detail and in a very timely manner.

Deerfield Beach

Excellent small property with beautiful view of the Intercoastal Waterway. Condo is immaculate and decorated nicely. Short/safe walk to restaurants, the beach and pier. Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Overall a great property, We stayed for two weeks. The condo is close to everything, able to walk to beach, restaurants, and stores. Kitchen was stocked nicely, clean, they had beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. We spent countless hours on the lanai watching the yachts go by. We had one issue with a bad refrigerator, however the response was great and problem was resolved quickly. We are definitely coming back to this property. Thanks for a great time
