LOCATION SPECIFICS
My beach side house is located in the exclusive island community of Hillsboro Beach, FL. at 1225 Hillsboro Mile Rd. Villa F is part of a private resort that spans from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway. Sunrise to sunset. Guests enjoy the distinct features of BOTH the ocean and the intracoastal waterway park. The resort offers shared amenities to its guests including: 300 feet of private beach with cabanas, a heated pool, a park with 300 feet of frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway, beautifully landscaped tropical grounds and onsite management from
9 PM to 5PM every day .

Within the resort property, Villa F is located 50 feet from the beach and 50 feet from the pool. This Villa provides a private, yet connected experience for its guests. Guests often sunbathe or grill dinner just off the front porch. Ocean views are available from your front door. Did I mention that this home is literally on the beach.

VILLA BASICS
This villa contains 1 bedroom with walk in closet, a bathroom with shower, galley kitchen with eating area, a living room and a covered porch. Villa furnishing are comfortable with tasteful decorating. The sofa opens to an additional bed if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and meant to be used.

Vill F has central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Seldom used central heat is also available. Linens and towels. are provided The resort offers a coin laundry facility convenient to villa F. A dedicated parking spot is included and additional guest parking can be provided.

PORCH
An underestimated feature of this villa is its attached covered porch. This private porch is more aptly described as a tropical room and is useful in nearly any weather condition. The porch looks east across a grassy yard and has a spectacular view of the ocean. Guests frequently move lounge and chairs to the yard as a convent sunbathing option.

This unit is equipped with 2 flatscreen TVs and DVD player. Content is delivered via Comcast cable package. High speed wireless internet is included.

LOCAL ENTERTAINMENT
This villa is located just a few minutes walk to Embassy Suites, our neighbor to the north. Embassy has a fine restaurant and bar open to the public.

The Deerfield Beach commercial area is just under a mile to the north an easy walk on the Deerfield Beach promenade. There you will find: shops, fine restaurants,. bars, burgers and ice cream, and a grocery store. These services are accessible by a pleasant walk along the ocean, by car or the beach shuttle.

FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN
This is a wonderful place for kids. There is a beach, a pool and lots of green space for play. High chairs, folding beds and Pack and Play are available on site. Cribs are easily rented. The walk in closet off the bedroom is big enough for a crib or roll away bed and all the rest of your stuff.

INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY PARK
This home is on a lovely piece of property spanning from the ocean to the waterway and divided into two pieces by Hillsboro Mile. The east side has the beach and a heated pool. The west side has a large open space for activities and a park on the waterway with: a tiki hut, 300 feet of frontage, lounge chairs, an opportunity to fish, and an occasional manatee to be seen. The sunsets are marvelous, bring a cocktail.
