Surf Road beach house is situated on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, a favorite for locals and visitors alike offering 2.5 miles of world class beaches, attractions such as Margaritaville Resort, countless restaurants, bars, shops, bike rentals, family friendly establishments, parks & so much more (and that's just walking distance). Additionally, SRBH is ideally located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale making it a breeze to visit several other noteworthy South Florida attractions such as Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Hard Rock stadium (where several concerts, games and festivals take place), the Yellow Green Farmers Market, Mardi Gras casino, Dania Beach Pear, Port Everglades, downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach.. the list goes on!

PLEASE NOTE that the 3rd bed in the common area is a queen sized air mattress.

Surf Road Beach House is one of 4 units within a boutique beach side residence. SRBH is the only one of the 4 offered for short term stays, with the other 3 belonging to long term tenants. When staying in this unit you also have access to the expansive, semi-private beachfront yard which is only shared between this unit and its neighboring first floor tenant.

Surf Road Beach House is FULLY stocked with all standard kitchen supplies, including but not limited to silverware, dish-ware, electric range, oven, refrigerator, toaster oven, Keurig, blender, (not to mention our barbecue in the shared patio space), & more!

Towels & Linens
Towels and linens are provided for our guests.

In addition to basic bathroom supplies, bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, q-tips, tissues, makeup wipes & cotton rounds.

Early check-in or late check-out for anything beyond a one hour window of time from standard check-in/check-out times, is available based on availability for an additional fee of $100. In other words, we provide a grace period of 1 hour for checking in or checking out, anything beyond that would be subject to a $100 fee for additional time based on availability.
