Smoking is only allowed on the outside of the home, provided that all the doors and windows are closed. There will be $1,000 penalty for smoking indoors plus the cost of any damages and odor removal. We have sensors located indoors to detect the smell of smoke.
2. Maximum Occupancy is strictly enforced based on Florida Statutes.
4. Noise Disturbance should be avoided, and guests need to be respectful of their neighbors. We have noise detection devices indoors and outdoors.
5. Please keep in mind at this location. No parties are permitted. This will cause termination of your stay with no refund. An additional cleaning fee may be applicable.
6. Please place trash in the garbage bin outside.
• Guests are expected to maintain the accommodation in the same condition as upon arrival. Please throw trash away upon leaving
***We have a bbq grill available if you plan on using a grill. Please let us know before arrival, and there is an extra 25$ cleaning fee for use. **Please keep in mind that this payment must be paid 2 hours before your arrival.
CHECK OUT IS AT 11:00 AM Est In order to properly clean for our next guest(s), any clients that stay past 11:15 will be charged an additional $50 per 15 minutes.

- POOL- There is no lifeguard on duty. Play and swim at your own risk. You fully intend and choose to waive any and all claims that you may have towards the owner and manager, release the owner of any and all liability and hold them harmless for use of pool or other amenities. Children may not be left unattended in the backyard, please keep all doors and windows closed and children protected from having access to the pool without adult supervision. Pool is open from 6am to 6 pm daily. No entry into the pool deck area after 6p.m Local Laws: We are required to share this with you so thank you for the patience with the long list of items.
Parking: Maximum number of vehicles allowed to park at the house is 1 parking space. Parking on the grass. Sketch is provided at the property.
Noise: No loud noise outside after 10PM - 7AM. Any noise complaint after this hour will result in a violation fine by Fort Lauderdale Police. City ordinance requires this property to be equipped with a noise level detection device Pursuant to Chapter 16. If noise exceeds the following sound levels Day: 55 dBA Night: 50 dBA. House manual showcases the location of noise detection device in according to local laws.
