Just perfect !

We loved our stay in this beautiful house. We were 2 families and 11 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. Very clean house, walking distance to the beach, very fast communication with the house manager. I recommend to everyone.

Great location and home

First, the house was beautiful and very upscale. The design was really cool and plenty of space for all. The outside property was made for entertaining, from the corner bar that opens to the inside the home, to the warm pool and cool spot with the string lights. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. Second. Location perfect. Easy walking distance to the beach, and you pass by so many little restaurants and bars. Publix was nearby as well (we don’t have a Publix at home so it’s always a treat to go there!). The host was responsive and check in was easy.

Much maintenance needed

The property had a lot of maintenance issues that should have been addressed before we checked in: the pool wasn't heated even though I was told it would be, a patio door wouldn't lock, a shower was unusable for 2 of our 3 nights, the garage door opener didn't work, the bikes were not functional. Michael was responsive but spending so much time communicating with him and the maintenance guy while troubleshooting the issues put a damper on our vacation. The location and house layout are great.

A wonderful week in Fort Lauderdale!

We had an amazing stay in Fort Lauderdale during our spring break. The host, Michael, was incredibly responsive from the beginning, even before we booked. He answered all of my questions regarding the property. We were a party of 8. This house was clean and decorated so nicely. We also had enough room for all of us to have space and be comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with what you might need for meals. The pool space was amazing. We spent a lot of time in the pool. They had many pool floaties for lounging. This house also comes well stocked with beach equipment, chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, umbrellas, coolers etc. The bikes were a nice perk. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet but close to the beach and restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend staying here and would rent again. Lots of great memories from our time here in South Florida.
