Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Infested with cockroaches, very poor customer service and effort to resolve issues fairly. Only care about money and not the customer. Not at one point did they make a decisions or take fair steps to resolve the issue and refund the money for the unused days. They are scammers. Do not trust or stay here ever. I will never recommend this place or company to anyone and will have nothing but negative reviews for this location or VRBO. Worst customer service period.
