"Hotel was amazing. All expectations met. The only problem I had was the $30/ day valet parking with no free valet for the disabled. This was a definite deal breaker for me. I’ve traveled all over the country and this was definitely the first place that I have ever visited that charges the disabled for valet. Luckily, just an fyi for others, less than 2 blocks away, there is 24 hour public parking garage at only $2 / hour. If you are spending less than 15 hours in the hotel, the parking garage is the best deal. 2 minute walk"

"They advertise airport shuttle but at the last minute they sent information via Expedia that the shuttle stops at 1030. My flight was later. Uber for 2 mile trip $48 Restaurant and shop with drinks and snacks closed at 11pm. Referred to gas station on the corner Forgot a valuable jacket in closet. Called from cruise ship, put on hold for 10 minutes then abruptly told to go to ileftmystuff.com. Sent email to manager, no response. I did go to that web site, no response Housekeeper got a nice jacket"

"The property is two floors, but there is no elevator, which was an issue for us, but I could foresee being an issue for others. The young man working at the front desk was friendly and very helpful with making food, suggestions and suggestions of things to do in the area. The beach is about a mile away, but there are many busy streets and crosswalks to get there, so we ended up taking CitiBike. There’s a Dunkin and McDs really close by. 20 min from Miami airport. we only stayed one night after we got back from our cruise. Did the trick for us. Good location. "

"The room was booked through hotels.com months in advance. Upon arrival another $100 charge was added on the already paid room. That was unexpected!"

"We booked this hotel as a “splurge” night before heading out on a cruise, expecting a relaxing and comfortable experience. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the most frustrating hotel stays we’ve ever had. Our room was placed directly underneath a 24-hour gym something that was never disclosed at booking or check-in. All night long, it sounded like we were beneath a bowling alley. Guests were actively working out and dropping heavy weights onto the floor, creating constant, jarring noise that echoed through the room. What’s most disappointing is how this was handled. I was in contact with the front desk throughout the night via chat, repeatedly reporting the noise above us. At no point did anyone explain that we were under a 24-hour gym and that the noise would not stop. That information would have made a huge difference in how we handled the situation. Around 11:45 PM, we were offered a room change but by then, one of my children and my mom were already asleep, and my youngest had just been woken up by the noise. Moving rooms that late at night was not a realistic solution for our family. We did receive a $100 refund, but it does not come close to compensating for a completely sleepless night and the overall poor experience. This stay fell far below expectations, especially for the price point and how the hotel markets itself."

"The entire staff was prompt, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The accommodations were very comfortable, creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The location was also excellent, making everything easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this property to others."
