THIS IS NOT A FOUR STARS PROPERTY!
Staff is uninterested (except for the weekday morning manager gentleman, he is kind and helpful).
On weekends, obtaining beach towels is literally impossible, but they will try to sell you some instead!
Check in is only at 4 pm: you'll be queuing for over an hour to get your key by someone that looks extremely inconvenienced by your existence.
Good luck retrieving your luggage if you had it stored earlier that day.
The breakfast is TERRIBLE, but the rudeness and aggressiveness of the breakfast lady truly seals the deal. Imagine having to justify grabbing 3 cinnamon rolls (family of 3), since they are the only edible option.
Upon arrival, the tv, the stove and the oven were not working. We had to continue asking for towels as they only give 2 at the time, to a family of 3.
Any basic hotel necessities that are advertised as provided (beach towels/clean towels/soap/toilet paper/kitchen supplies) require an extra trip to the reception, or seven.
The grounds are unkept, the vibe of the place is cheap and 'low-cost everything.
The pools are scattered across the properties, some are sadder than others. The overall vibe is a crappy 1 star motel, shame for advertising as a four stars.
On The positive side, the location is central to many activities, right on the boardwalk and a beautiful beach.
This property could have a total different feeling if management tried to run it better
