🔞 25+ Age: This home is for guests 25+. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the stay, who should book this home on their behalf.
🐶 Pet-Friendly Stay: We welcome dogs! Our home has a fenced in backyard. A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies. Please inquire about multiple pets or extended stays.
🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Please respect our no-smoking policy.
🔇 Quiet Hours: Fort Lauderdale has a strict evening/overnight no noise ordinance. Please move indoors after this time to respect our neighbors.
🚗 Parking: Max 2 cars in the driveway; no street parking per city regulations.
