My partner and I enjoyed spending our first time and our 20 year anniversary at our rental. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable but a bit low. Well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper. We enjoyed a day in the pool even though it was a bit chilly to swim and enjoyed a couple days lounging in the sun by the pool. We enjoy walking and the location of the rental is perfect for walking to local bars and clubs and restaurants. We will definitely be booking another stay at Sunshine Manors. Thank you for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. ~~Braden & Nathan~~

Nice property!

I enjoyed my brief stay at Sunshine Manors.I wcould have enjoy an area rug or two to soften the floor.Although the mattress and linens were exceptional, I found the low platform very difficult to get in and out of.

Beautifully renovated complex.

I was very please with the room. The bathroom completely renovated. The shower, sink, and toilet worked great.The shower stall could use a safety bar/handle. The mattress and linens are top quality. But the platform bed so low that I had trouble getting in and out of it.is so low I

Great place, thin walls, noisy neighbors

Adorable and well updated, clean space. Unfortunately, I could hear everything from next door. Chopping vegetables, phone calls, and tv on all night (I had ear plugs). Owner was responsive to my text about noise and informed me the 10pm quiet hours, but The didn’t feel comfortable to say anything further.
