Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very clean and the location was convenient. The backyard space was lovely, however it is shared between 2 3-bedroom rentals so do not expect to have any private time unless you are just very lucky and the other renters don't want to use it or use it at different times. Parking is a HUGE issue and I do not recommend a large SUV. The only way to get your vehicle out is a friendly or not so friendly knock on the door (yep, even at 0600 so they can go view a sunrise). Ceiling fan in one of the king rooms did not work and we were very hot all night long. Conversely, the water pressure was nonexistent in the hall bath as was any hot water. I contacted the host a couple of times about this without reply. The only time they were responsive was to reprimand us for not pulling our vehicle all the way up in the single-wide driveway. We seemed to be the only renters when we checked in. We did not receive a neighborly "knock knock" on our door to make us aware.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shared pool and shared patio with strangers.Pool was heated and was very nice.Yard maintenance crew was a gang if 4 dudes eaxh with a motorized equipment making lots of noise and dust. It was like a SWAT attacking the property. Parking was an issue.
