WatersEdge is one of our most popular homes that is constantly evolving to reflect changes in the neighborhood, innovative technologies, and the wishes of our most loyal guests. This stylish home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, three distinctive living areas: a mid-century modern-inspired living room, a versatile den with colorful armchairs, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for your culinary creations. Enjoy meals together at the formal dining table for six, with an additional table for four nearby.
Special amenities include a heated or cooled (for an extra $40 charge, per day) saltwater pool which is gentler on the skin and eyes than chlorine pools because they have lower chlorine levels. A state-of-the-art Smart Bidet Toilet in the primary suite, and professionally designed outdoor lighting that enhances ambiance and safety. This home has a handicap-accessible primary bedroom ensuring all guests feel comfortable and welcome.

🔥A Traeger pellet grill is available for an additional $150, including pellets for approximately 4–5 uses. After that, the guest is responsible for purchasing additional pellets.
🏊Relax in the saltwater pool, which can be heated or cooled (a unique feature!) for an additional $40/day. Cooling is available only from May 1st to September 30th. Saltwater is gentler on your skin and doesn't have a strong chlorine smell. The backyard also includes comfortable seating, a dining area, and sun loungers, perfect for unwinding by the lake.
As evening falls, professionally designed outdoor lighting adds both ambiance and safety, letting you enjoy the space well into the night. And do not miss Weston's famous sunsets for an unforgettable view right from your backyard paradise.

House Rules

Check-out time: 10:00 AM
*All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law. *
-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival.
-An accurate guest count must be provided.
-No parties or events. If unauthorized people are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction.
-Quiet time is from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
-If you would like the pool heated or cooled during your stay, there is a $40 fee per day. Please coordinate with us prior to your arrival so that we can arrange for the heater to be on.
-This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
Starter Supplies
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first five days of your stay.
Same-Day Bookings
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00 PM.
Television & Subscriptions Policy
Guests may not subscribe to premium TV or streaming services on the property's accounts. Pay-per-view and premium content can only be accessed using your own account and payment. Unauthorized charges will result in a fee to cover costs and administrative expenses.
Pet Policy
This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $250, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. We have added a pet waste bag dispenser, for your convenience. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).
Baby Bundle
If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a highchair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.
