Very near airport, so if you're looking for a quiet relaxing pool area, this may not be for you as flights take off every few minutes from MIA and are very loud by the pool. And in the hotel room. Less at night, but still some planes taking off. "

"Had a day in Miami after a cruise, couldn’t really go anywhere because the hotel wouldn’t let us check our luggage - they said they were full. Or pay $200 to access our room early. So a babysat our luggage from 8am - 3pm. The lobby was a bathroom behind the room where they stored the luggage and the door was open - so the luggage wasn’t secure, and the room wasn’t full."

"The room wasn’t as clean as it was the last time I stayed. When we moved a chair, we found a used bandage with gauze underneath. There was makeup smeared on the bathroom light switch. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. It would run continuously until we realized we had to shut it off. I believe that the thermostat was faulty. Also, we couldn’t use the room phone to call the lobby desk. One of the mattresses was lumpy and uncomfortable. Since we were only there for 2 nights, we put up with everything. The staff was very friendly. There isn’t much of a kitchen. There was a keurig, tea bags, coffee pods and bottled water. Instead of a mini fridge, we had a cooler that was supposed to keep the temperature at 40 degrees but it didn’t. We put bags of ice in the cooler to keep our water cool. Also, their food and drink items are grossly overpriced. Needless to say, I don’t recommend using this hotel."

"Beach was amazing except that one of the kids working on the beach told a couple that they couldn’t be there sitting in the lawn chairs but that talked him out of it because they “live there” in Miami. They changed the vibes of the environment and not in a good way. Other than that the hotel was beautiful, the staff attentive except don’t call for room service, they won’t come help you. Would stay there again. "
