「Hotel staff that we encountered were very friendly. Check in was easy and quick. Room was nice. Only two towels for 3 registered guests in the room initially but we were able to get more at the front desk. We were there for 2 nights and our room was not cleaned after the first night. No real problem there but did have to go back to the front desk and get more wash cloths. Overall a very nice stay!」

Staff were all super professional and friendly, from the front desk, room cleaning person and the lovely woman who kept the breakfast area clean and stocked. 「We had a great stay at this clean, modern, beautiful Marriott. Great location on the Chattahoochee River with a river walk trail right outside the back of the hotel. A bridge going over the river lets you walk around uptown Columbus. Our room was clean and comfortable. Only one drawback - the water pressure of the shower was super weak. The staff at the front desk were all super friendly as well as the maid assigned to our floor. The staff at the bistro were not quite as friendly in the...

「Missie at check in was a delight very friendly and polite helpful on places to eat Parking was easy we are handicapped and plenty of spaces right in front. The room was clean and totally quiet zi was concerned as it faces the main road but heard absolutely no noise. The beds were vey comfortable and the pillows were outstanding! I definitely would stay there again!」
