Thanksgiving getaway

We had a wonderful time- weather was great, home was clean & plenty of towels. Only downside was pool was a little dirty & grill would not turn on. We had to buy a lighter to get the gas grill to turn on.

Super cute place close to the beach

Adorable place with a perfect pool in the back and walking distance less than a block from a beautiful white sand beach. Four nice bedrooms- one has two queen beds and the master has a king. Two of the rooms have day beds. All the rooms have TVs. Backyard pool is nice- however needs a privacy fence because it backs up to a few sketchy looking houses. Big washer and dryer available. Not a ton of kitchen stuff- pizza cutter, ice machine didn't work in freezer, no salt or pepper. Overall loved our stay!

Family Spring Break

We had 6 adults and a 2yo for the week. The kitchen was perfect- all of the professional grade appliances were wonderful, especially the refrigerator size! There were an abundance of bath and beach towels. The walk to the beach with public access was very easy and short. We also walked to breakfast and coffee on several mornings. Communication with property management company was easy and they provided lots of information leading up to the trip. The pool heater didn’t work all week, so that was disappointing with a toddler, but otherwise it was a flawless stay.

Beautifully decorated beach house

Our reunion stay at Shell Bound was wonderful! It was a beautiful, newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home very close to the beach. All rooms had large screen TVs. With 5 women we wished there were mirrors in each bedroom. 😉 The house had sufficient kitchen utensils, dishes, pans, etc. The refrigerator was extremely large but the ice maker never worked. Not a problem buying ice because the freezer had lots of storage room! The pool in the backyard was nice. Shelling on the beach was great! Publix Grocery store only 1 mile away. Sun Palace management was very prompt in answering questions before our stay and when the BBQ grill had no propane they had it filled by mid morning. Great service!! Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Great Beach Get-A-Way

This property was perfect for my family & my best friends family. We like to vacation together & this place was charming! We had 9 people in total and we fit perfectly. The pool was nice for when we were tired of the beach. Big huge fridge that easily stored all our food for the stay. Short walk to the beach so no need to have to drive & pay to park!
