Beautiful private, waterfront home on Catcay lake with river and gulf access. Beautiful screened lanai with heated pool.
Plenty of room, Tropical setting , close to FtMyers and Punta Gorda airport. Minutes to the beach and all that SWFla has to offer .This is a four Bedroom home but the master suite and garage are locked off . You have access to the rest of the home . No other people will be in the home . Great home close to all that SWFLA has to offer. Upscale and in a very quiet safe neighborhood. New to VRBO but only 5 star reviews on other sites . Owner very responsive and available via text. Large dock with easy access to river and gulf included .

Terrible. Pool heater and AC didn't work. Owner is unresponsive and will ignore you.
My family and I flew down for a Friday-Monday trip with the sole intention of lounging in the *heated* pool. It didn't work. It was freezing; I couldn't even get in it (my 5 year old went in it for a short time and then didn't want to get back in for the rest of the trip). I brought this to the owner's attention when we checked in and he said he would have "his guy" come check it. I saw the neighbor come over and look at it and didn't hear anything back from the owner. I texted him a few hours later to check on the status. The owner said he called for service. This was Friday. On Saturday the house is almost 80 degrees and the AC appears to also not be working. I text the owner. No response. By Sunday evening I still have not heard from the owner, so I text him AGAIN. He replies that he is out of the country. This is inexcusable. I am paying for a vacation I am not getting and if you are going to be out of the country you should make sure someone is there to take care of your rental property because you run a business. The firepit is no longer there and there are no pool toys as mentioned in previous reviews. I asked the owner for a partial refund and he agreed and asked me what I thought was fair. I told him I thought the price for one night was fair. He told me that was too much and then proceeded to IGNORE me and never returned my message. So, I didn't receive any kind of refund after he'd agreed to one. Stay away from this one, folks.

Great Moms Getaway!!!
The property was clean and comfortable. In addition, the property is located minutes from Walmart, Dollar Tree, and Publix. Very convenient! Before arriving, I received a message from the owner stating there was an issue with the air conditioning and asked if we could delay our arrival because he had someone coming to fix it. So we decided to go and have lunch. Once we were done with lunch, we arrived at a cool and clean home. When we messaged the owner about the locations of the garbage cans, he instantly messaged us back.

Great Pool & Channel Fishing
The place was very spacious. Lots of room to spread out with several bedrooms, bathrooms, two living spaces and a nice screened patio pool area. The pool itself was nice size and very clean. It had some fun lighting for night swimming plus outdoor speakers. Lots of pool floats, balls etc. Plus a dock accessible for fishing in the channel and even crab pots. Plenty of towels, bedding, and equipped kitchen. Large closets and plenty of drawer space.. Private, quiet location, close to plenty of stores/amenities.

Perfect vacation home!
We absolutely loved this vacation home! The house is in a great location and was stocked with everything we needed. The pool was amazing and just the right temperature. Our kids loved fishing off the dock and were able to catch a few fish and even a crab. We were also lucky enough to spot dolphins two mornings in a row! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and would definitely return!

Wonderful Vacation Home
Our family had a great stay for our spring break vacation. My husband, daughters (12 & 9) and I all loved our time here. Located just minutes from Walmart and Publix, it was easy to run to the store for anything we needed. Lots of dining options close by as well. We enjoyed having our own pool, and fishing off the dock in the canal. The house is beautiful and well kept, while also being comfortable and home-like. Lots of towels available as well as beach towels and pool toys/floats! This was definitely a vacation to remember and we are very happy we chose this home to stay at.

If you like to drive an hour or more in traffic..even at 9 in the morning this place isn't for you.
It's a lovely rental but is far from Fort Meyer beach . There is a nice beach in Cape Coral..free parking ! It is a quiet neighborhood. Bring hangers! And pillows are very flat!! .mattresses could be updated..these are very fixable if the owner would invest in these necessities.

Beautiful Home!
I had made an emergency trip down to Cape Coral .. the owner of this property was very understanding as I needed a same day booking. He made that available to me & my family immediately. Very responsive with messages. The home was perfect, very clean & sanitized. Well equipped kitchen also. The pool & water in the back are huge bonuses for the property. One morning I had woken up and sat out back & spotted dolphins jumping!!! It was an awesome experience.. so awesome I had contacted the owner to extend my stay which he did immediately for me. 10/10 would recommend this home for your Cape Coral stay.
