This home does not disappoint! It is immaculate. The cleanest home we have ever stayed at on our Florida vacations! Very nice and beautifully decorated! If we come back to Cape Coral we will definitely stay there again! Hughly recommend!

Wonderful place, very well furnished. Really liked the pool and two separate living rooms as well as the tiki is very relaxing. Neighborhood was perfect, very quiet, enjoyed tremendously. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful time at this house, spending most of our two weeks enjoying the pool and all of the amenities on offer. Highlights were kayaking from the dock and seeing manatees, dolphins, turtles and afternoon visits from a friendly iguana. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe, with easy access to lots of stores and restaurants. This property is exactly as described and we will definitely visit again. The rental company were a pleasure to deal with, thank you!

Great place to rent!

We could not have been hapier with this property. Very dog friendly with plenty of grassy areas. Very nice pool and deck area. You will be surprised at the amount of open space in this house and you would never imagine by looking at the exterior. Will definitely rent again.

Incredible Spring Break

This property is a true gem! This was exactly what my family needed in order to relax and have some downtime. It was stopped extremely well with all necessities, very easy to access, and their activity guide was greatly appreciated. We will book again!

Caloosahatchee River House

The Caloosahatchee House is as beautiful as pictured. It is a very well assigned home, with plenty of room for all our family's needs. We really enjoyed the pool and lanai area. The tiki seating deck with the breeze off the river was quite lovely. We very much enjoyed our time there and will return in the future.

The house is gorgeous and the water view is incredible! The Tiki hut was such a great place to hang out, great breeze, view of water! We loved it and hope to come back next year!

Warm Get-away

House was as described. Very quiet neighborhood until last 2 days when house next door started putting in a retaining wall. But there wasn't anything anyone could have done about that. We enjoyed our get-away! Thank you!

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time. No complaints, the pool ended up being cloudy our last day, I let them know and by the time we got back from our day out the pool cleaner had already been by. I would 100% stay again!

Everything we needed

The house was perfect for our stay. It was so nice to have things like coolers, beach chairs, and pool toys available for us to use. The kitchen has everything we needed. We appreciated having the option for a regular coffee pot and not just the Keurig since we had multiple coffee drinkers. It was clean and quiet, and we would definitely come back.
