FGCU Graduation weekend

We enjoyed every second of our stay. The layout of the house was perfect for family meals and catching up. The backyard offered a great oasis for relaxation! Amazing weekend!

Spring Break

We enjoyed staying at this property with our family of 6. It's clean and well maintained. The boys loved fishing right off the dock. The hot tub was the best part for the teens. Great response from owner when we had an issue with an appliance. Great house for a family or group!

Beautiful, fully stocked house!

Perfect family getaway!

Our family of 5 stayed here for our son’s orientation at FGCU and we loved it! The house was beautiful and open and we loved the view of the canal and pool from every room of the house. The university and shopping and restaurants are just a quick 15 min drive away. We will definitely be staying again when we come to visit our son.

Fun in the sun

My family enjoyed out stay and will certainly be keeping this property on our favorites list. The owners were kind and helpful. The house was beautiful and our two kids had a great time playing in the pool, using the sand toys and playing the games. I highly reccomend this spot for your fort myers vacation.

Weekend at Bernie’s Ocean Access Getaway

The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving retreat. Beautiful new furnishings and decor, well equipped kitchen, relaxing outdoor space. Grace is a gracious host providing excellent communication and information needed to enjoy the Ft. Myers area. Photos accurately reflect the home environment.

We were a bit dissatisfied when we arrived to a tarp on the roof. We wrongly assumed the pool was heated… (Too cold to use) . Limited towels and for the length we stayed, no extra sheets.. Beautiful back yard, hot tub very old. Also very far from beaches..

Excellent home for a Graduation Celebration in Fort Myers!

Our family enjoyed staying in this stunning Fort Myers, Florida, home along a canal. The location was ideal, especially for our daughter's graduation from FGCU. The highlight was undoubtedly the outdoor area with the inviting pool and hot tub, providing a perfect oasis to relax and unwind. The well-maintained property offered breathtaking views of the canal, creating a serene atmosphere. The interior was equally impressive, featuring tasteful décor and modern amenities that enhanced our overall experience. Weekend at Bernie's

AMy wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 1 1/2 week stay in Jan/Feb 2025. This house is conveniently located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and along a canal, providing a relaxing view while lounging around the pool and hot tub. It was easy to get to restaurants and shopping, only 20 minutes from the international airport and not too far to drive and visit the area's beaches. The home is very nicely furnished and we had access to everything we needed (the chairs and beach umbrella were a nice touch). The beds and furniture were comfortable. Grace was very quick in responding to the couple of questions we asked and she was very helpful and welcoming. Although we had perfect weather, at this time of year the pool was just a little too cold for swimming, but we were able to enjoy the hot tub. Upon leaving, I realized that I left an item behind. Grace located that item and returned it to me. Thank you!
