108A - 1BR/1 Bath at Seaspray Condos on Okaloosa Island, Fort Walton Beach, Fl

Two Full DP (Deep Pocket) beds in the bedroom upstairs and a Sleeper Sofa in the living room allows the unit to sleep up to 6 people. There is a 42" TV in the living room and a 32" TV in the bedroom. This unit also includes a blender, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and dryer rack. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. No pets allowed except for the Owner's own pets. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs). Our minimum age to rent is 25.

Condo perfect for beach, pool and our first time with puppy.
