Great stay

I loved the place! The bed was comfortable, super excited on having a weighted blanket in the closet! It had great lighting, all the amenities I needed, great view overlooking the pool and you can see the beach, there's actually a mirror in the living room if you stand in the kitchen you could see the ocean in it! Only thing it was lacking a little bit was cooking supplies/utensils and not having any basic salt, pepper, spices which was fine for me, but could potentially be a slight problem for someone else depending on how much cooking you do. The ice machine and water from the fridge wasn't working, but luckily we didn't need ice and bought water bottles. I would definitely stay here again.

B420 Review - worth it!

My family had a very nice stay at Waterscape and this unit. It is very family friendly! We would stay at this unit again. Something to note is that the toilet in the primary bathroom is weak when flushing so be mindful of that. The communication through text with Vacassa was easy and they do a good job of touching base with you before and during our trip.

Condo needs some updating and repairs.

-the sheets were not pressed and looked old or dirty - the pillows were on the floor in the closet - there were no bath mats for the bathroom floors -the carpet is stained and looks dirty - the light bulb on the balcony was burnt and the lounge chair was broken - the pool chairs are dirty and need to be cleaner or replaced

Nice place but a bit chaotic....

The property was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. It was so nice to have a washer/dryer. The king size bed was comfy and the AC was excellent! I wish I’d known there were only the TP hanging on the roll. The carpet in the family room is due for a change but that’s the only thing that seemed dirty. The resort overall was nice, clean but very busy. The stress involved in getting your “included” beach chairs and umbrella as well as pool chairs was a pain and in direct opposition to my need to relax. Luckily we brought our own chairs, which I highly recommend, so we could sit wherever the heck we wanted. Ha!

Thumbs Down!!

First off, the cable was not working. Was told it would be fixed and it wasn’t. The dryer was rusty on the door and would not dry our clothes. Multiple handles on the cabinets were loose that I had to fix and shower and sink handles as well. Feel like we should be compensated somehow. Would never stay I. That particular condo again. 1 star out of 5 So disappointed…☹️👎

Waterscape

Waterscape is great with kids . Condo was clean . Resort is wonderful . The only negative is people wake up at 6 and get in line to reserve beach chairs that they don’t even occupy half the day and also put towels on chairs at the pool so they are taking up chairs in both places. Get up early!

Great for the price

We loved how this condo is just a 5 min walk to the beach and the pools just a couple min walk down. You can see the gulf from the patio so that was a plus. The only downside was the dryer did not work so our towels and such could not dry quickly. But over all we would definitely stay here again.

Very clean with great views!

Unit B420 was ready on time and very clean. We were able to check-in by text since we arrived a little late and check-out was just as easy. The views from the balcony were wonderful - all 3 pools and the ocean. Even finding a close spot in the parking garage was easy. We love staying at Waterscape but this was a first for this unit. It was perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids. We will definitely be back!

Great location

The location of the property is great. The condo was nice inside however, the carpet had just gotten cleaned the morning we checked in and was soaking wet for TWO DAYS with extra fans inside the unit. So annoying! It smelled like wet dog too. I had to go but air fresheners to mask the awful smell while the carpet dried. On top of that, the lady River was under construction and we weren’t able to use it. No one ever communicated this to us! We would’ve booked somewhere else had we know this. We probably won’t be back to this property.
