Easy beach days and fun by the pool.

Great view of the pools and beach. Right next to the elevators. Only a minute or two from great restaurants and shops at ft Walton beach. And the best part was the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. This made the stay with kids so much easier.

Grandma and Granddaddy’s Beach trip

Nice Condo

Loved this condo. We had a great view of the pool area and could see the ocean. Large bedrooms with an additional bunk bed small room. Oversized bathrooms. The only change we would make is the dining table is tall (bar height) and we would prefer a regular height table since we have smaller children.

Great location!

This unit was a great location. Next to elevator (but still quiet), two doors down from trash chute, and an easy walk to the pool. I stayed here with a toddler and a grandparent so I was trying to limit the amount of walking needed and this was perfect. I was very happy with the Waterscape property in general. It was VERY clean and well kept. I couldn't believe they were even cleaning the bbq grills by the pool every morning. Will definitely return!

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because one of the closet doors was broken, other than that the room was great. Great views, nice furniture, and cute decor. I would recommend to all unit owners that a full length mirror be put somewhere in the unit. Many people have professional pictures done on the beach now and a full length mirror would be a really nice touch.

Nice stay

Condo 514 was very nice for my family. It was clean and close to elevators which was good. Condo is 8th building in from the beach and still had a nice view of the ocean. I could see dolphins from our balcony. Location was good, close enough to Destin but also had a lot of food and shopping options right by. Pools were great for kids! We really enjoyed our stay.

Our Happy Place

Great property, mediocre service

Condo was mostly clean. Showers and sliding balcony doors have black mildew, one bedskirt had what appeared to be blood. Our last night the A/C panel cut completely off. I called it in and no one ever came to check on it so we slept the night without A/C. I was finally able to get it back on the next morning.

Fantastic!!!

Fresh paint and decor is beautiful. Beautiful view, close to the elevator, extremely clean….could go on and on. Will definitely be staying in A514 again without hesitation!
