Experience the emerald waters of Okaloosa Island at Sea Dunes 202, a beachfront condo where comfort meets the shore. This third-floor retreat was recently remodeled from floor to ceiling, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and coastal decor. Whether you are on your private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico or relaxing in the open living area, this home offers a blend of privacy and resort access.

With three bedrooms and two baths, the unit sleeps eight guests. The master suite includes a king bed, private bathroom, and balcony access. A second king guest room and a dedicated bunk room provide an ideal layout for families. After a day at the beach, relax with one of the four flat-screen TVs or use the fully equipped kitchen to prepare a meal.

Your stay includes perks like beach service with chairs and an umbrella, a seasonally heated hot tub, and covered parking. While Destin is only a short drive away, this stretch of white sand offers a quieter experience. Professionally managed and locally supported, Sea Dunes 202 ensures a clean and functional stay from arrival to departure.

RESORT & AREA
Sea Dunes Resort on Okaloosa Island offers a direct beachfront escape where the Gulf meets the white sands of Fort Walton Beach. This low-density complex features only 24 units, providing a quiet atmosphere for your stay. Each rental includes a private balcony for watching the sunrise or spotting dolphins. Guests enjoy direct access to the beach, seasonal beach service, and an oceanfront pool and hot tub that overlook the Gulf.

The resort is well-positioned for both relaxation and local activities. You are a three-minute drive from the Okaloosa Island Boardwalk, which features dining, shopping, and the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park. For more action, the Destin Harbor is located just seven miles away. A ten-minute drive across the bridge puts you in the center of fishing charters, sunset cruises, and the harbor boardwalk. Families are also close to Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, which offers mini-golf and an arcade.

Parking: Free parking for up to 3 vehicles is allowed with each reservation. Covered spaces are as available, and we ask that you only use one covered space per reservation. Open parking is provided for additional vehicles.

Food: A convenience store is just a few steps away for quick essentials. For full grocery hauls, you're just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. Local dining options are just a short distance from the property. The Gulf is a popular waterfront spot built from shipping containers, known for its fresh seafood and outdoor seating. Stewby's Seafood Shanty is a local favorite for affordable fish tacos, while Asiago's Skillet is the go-to choice for breakfast. For a casual meal with a view, Rockin Tacos sits right on the beach, and Old Bay Steamer offers steamed seafood platters. Sea Dunes provides a central location to enjoy the best of the coast.

Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view.

Pool: There is one small private beachfront pool and hot tub with lounge chairs available to use. Pools are heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉.

PROVISIONS

• Completed and signed Rental Agreement must be received within 24 hours (via email)
• Vehicles are limited to passenger vehicles only. No RVs or Trailers
• This resort has a single elevator. Guests should be able to easily navigate stairs should the elevator become unavailable during your stay.
• No Smoking in unit or on balcony
• Check-In 4pm, Check-Out 10am
• Early Arrivals - Please plan to arrive at 4pm. If it is imperative that you check in before 4pm, we suggest reserving an extra night. However, you will be automatically notified by email if your room is ready before 4pm. The resort facilities and amenities are available to use while waiting.
