Fabulous Beach vacay

I love how close the beach is and the pool was wonderful. Location was amazing and near all the great places within a out 15-30 mins depending on traffic at that time of day. The actual unit was perfectly described and we truly enjoyed it.

Enjoyable vacation

Spacious condo that has new furniture including a comfy new pullout sectional along with new mattresses on all beds. Steps from the vast sandy beach and great pool for the kids to play in. Included beach chair service was a great money saver. Gulfarium is a short walk or ride away, minigolf and famous Stewby's Seafood Shack are across the street. Can't wait to stay here again.

Family Visit

With relatives in the area, my 2 adult sons and I were pleased with the accommodations/king bed & 2 twin beds for 2 days, pricing worked well in my budget and access to pool, hot tub and beach worked well. Definitely would book again, as condo was clean, relaxing and roomy. Always a nice touch to have a deck of cards and a puzzle on the premise for downtime. We didn't bring along anything like that, but it made the sharing time together a nice experience.

Nice place

This isn't a Beach or Water Front Unit, as it's being advertised. But it is conveniently located and easily Accessible to points of interest. Communication lines are mostly open with host's team and they are very pleasant to communicate with.Recomendable!

Perfect Spot !!

My daughter and I just got home from staying at Sea Oats Unit 410 and we went on a girls trip for her spring break . Perfect location, everything was so easy and accessible. Short walk to the condo from the elevator and short walk to the pool / beach area . Condo was very clean and had everything we needed . Customer service is top notch ! They text you immediately right back . Will be back !!

I was pleasantly surprised! The pictures do not do it justice. Modern, comfortable condo! New furnishings throughout the place. Beautiful sectional, table, and decor. Such a relaxing vibe. Kitchen is well stocked. There is a comfortable king size bed in master, which is a rare find! You are steps from the beach. Beach chairs are included saving you money. Pool area is wonderful! Close to everything you need-local restaurants such as Stewbys for quick bite of reasonably priced seafood; activities for kids like mini golf and the Gulfarium where you are up close to dolphins, turtles, etc. Perfect vacation for all ages!

Perfect location with easy beach access and recent renovations

Perfect location with direct beach access, walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream and putt putt golf. Having an elevator with complimentary loading carts was key for unloading all of our stuff. The washer and dryer is also a huge plus! Several hanging spots for wet towels which is nice. The couch is brand new as well as dining furniture. Overall a comfortable and convenient stay with owners that are clearly putting in upgrades here and there (including the master shower). All necessary kitchen accessories were stocked. It was nice to have the dish soap and dishwasher tablets provided. Wifi and tv’s were all working. We even hooked up our switch so the kiddos could game on the tv. The weather was chilly while we were there but the location and activities made it worthwhile. Can’t wait to go back again maybe when it’s warmer. Beautiful sand and water!

The condo was in excellent condition! We had a plumbing issue on day 1. The maintenance crew was quick to respond and everything else was wonderful! The location is excellent.

Great Stay!

This property was perfect for my family, it was very clean, great size and had everything we needed for a week at the beach. The beach access and pool were very nice and well kept. Definitely will book here again next year!
