Nice, but lacking in customer service
Don’t plan on any give with early check in or late check out. Even when it is pouring down rain and the room is ready, you will not be let in a minute early. Make sure to bring plenty of laundry detergent and toilet paper because once you use the first roll or pod, there will be no more provided. When you text Customerservice, you will get an AI response and not an actual person. We were hoping the condo would have some salt and pepper, card games, board games, or toys to play with at the beach, but it is pretty bare bones Making it challenging when you get here by plane. The room was immaculately clean and had very easy access to the beach and pool. The balcony with a partial view of the beach was beautiful. Overall, a nice place with disappointing customer service.
