We had the best time with our friends and family and their kiddos. It was the perfect space and it accommodated all of our families perfectly. Short walk to beach, with beautiful views and great beach service!

With three teenagers, the condo provided plenty of room for everyone to spread out!

Overall, the condo is nice. We did find items from past customers under dressers and the beds (which isn’t that big of a deal). I was a little disappointed with the view because I thought we’d have a little better view of the ocean (and it could change as the dunes shift). It was also hard to keep all the white things from getting stained (shifts, bed spreads, towels) since you get charged damage fees for stains. Other than those things, it was a great place to stay. Conveniently located to great restaurants and right on the first floor by the stairwell. I would consider staying there again!

The balcony is right by the pool, so no privacy, but super fun if socializing and watching the live music next door was fun. The master bed was pretty comfy, and appreciated the third bedroom had two full beds rather than the standard bunk beds. Sunset resort rentals was very helpful, even brought by baking pans when I let them know that the kitchen didn't have any.

Great Family Vacation Stay!

The unit was exactly like the pics on the VRBO website! The HappyStays app didn't work, however, so it never would let us check in, which wasn't a big deal b/c they did a great job communicating all the information we needed via email, too. The AC unit broke on the 1st night we were there, however, and since we arrived on a Saturday, it took them until Monday morning to have someone fix the unit. After that, it was great. The unit was just the right size and since we're beach lovers, it's the perfect distance to the beach....just a walk away. It's in a great location and the resort is clean and parking is great, too. We would definitely return for another family vacation!

Perfect for our family

Unit worked great for our family. The location was a perfect distance from shopping, restaurants, service stations, anything we needed. We have young children who love to swim but are only able to when an adult is present, the balcony literally oversees the pool. Perfect distance from the beach. Unit was stocked with all the basics needed, enough towels and wash clothes for everyone (we did have to re wash but glad there were enough for everyone to have their own). We did use the grills, no complaints. We did not use the gym facility but it is located very conveniently within this building. The only issue we found was the floor was still very sandy when we arrived but I’m sure that is going to be hard to prevent considering where it is located. Again, this unit worked great for our family of 10. I would recommend.
