“I want to compliment the receptionist that worked Friday night. There was a problem with the computer, and she couldn't get guests checked in and the line grew and grew. She was the only one at the counter and was calling for help but was clearly overwhelmed. We all felt bad for her as she was doing everything she could. Eventually she was able to get it to work but many waited for a while and we were all tired and just wanted rooms. She knew it which added to her stress. I hope she is……

“Stay was comfortable in a clean room, a king suite with kitchenette that was larger than expected. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Staff was attentive and very responsive.”

“We were in Bluffton for a family event. No one could have been nicer or more accommodating. I especially want to commend Sanda B,K. Her welcoming smile was the best way to begin the morning. She is charming and you’re lucky to have her. Thanks to all for a good stay. ”
