Lovely place ideal for ferry - 10 metres from ramp. but thats not a noise issue as they stop at 21.30 at night.good beer and food -defintely on my list to stay again

Fantastic location with views from room out onto Loch. One room a bit small for our large son. Owner was able to accommodate in larger room. Great bar & excellent hotel restaurant. Good parking. Staff were top class. Helpful and friendly. Reasonable cost in expensive Scotland. One of our favourite places in 7 weeks of travel.

70th Birthday Getaway
We arrived at the Inn later than expected due to the ferry not running so we had to travel a further hour or more round the loch. A heads up about the ferry wouldn’t have gone amiss, a month or more before we were informed that the Wi-Fi was only available in communal areas. Not a good start but was welcomed warmly. Our room was up a convoluted route of stairs and doors, this proved confusing on occasion. The twin bed room was comfortable and clean with a view of the loch. Space in the bathroom to place our accoutrements would have been better, otherwise acceptable. The food at the Inn was delicious and service was friendly and excellent. We became quite fond of the trip around the loch on the single track as we came across sheep and deer on the road. The trees changing colour, the mountains and the loch all made for a beautiful experience.

Great stay with a lovely view
We booked this hotel for 1 night whilst on our trip. First impressions were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and had a beautiful loch view. Bathroom was nice and clean and room was well presented. Bed was really comfy and we had a great nights sleep. It was very peaceful and loved hearing the water outside. Breakfast was really nice with a great selection of items. Overall our stay was great and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we are in the area again.

Except for the long drive round the lake to get to the Inn (as the ferry does not take cars), our two-night stay was very enjoyable.

Beautiful property, we arrived by ferry which was charming. No wifi in the rooms. The TV in the lounge is small for a common room.

The Inn was a home away from home. The entire experience was a joy! The area was serene, the people friendly and the Inn comfortable and clean. This little place is a hidden gem!

The staff could not be faulted, very helpful. The hotel could do with a bit of an overhaul, as it’s looking a bit tired and dated. The food was not so good, overpriced for the quality. Packet mash and frozen veg is not what I expected for a dinner valued over £20.00.

Hello,Thank you for your review and comments. We can assure you and all our customers that the mash is 100% potato and not the "frozen pellet" type and that the vegetables have never seen a freezer in their life, except for the peas.

Stunning views from every bedroom! The host was very pleasant and helped us get in our way early to catch the ferry at Mallig. The fish and chips were very good as well.

Absolutely stunning property and location. Family owned and run and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. A return visit is a must when next visiting Scotland. Unfortunately the Corran ferry to Ardgour was cancelled which extended the journey time to the hotel…

What an awesome inn on the lovely Loch Linnhie! So much character in this 1800’s circa inn. Stunning views. Staff so nice; food very good. All in all a truly memorable experience. Loved it!!!

Amazing location
We selected this hotel for location - and it has the most fabulous views. It does the basics well with friendly service, comfortable bed, decent shower and excellent food. Recommended.

Super service og flot “gammeldags” hotel
Super god service, vi var forsinket med vores fly og ankom 1,5 time efter lukketid på hotellet. Bestyreren ventede oppe til vi var fremme, så vi kunne få vores værelse. Næste morgen fik vi en dejlig morgenmad og De hjalp os med gode sites og hjælp til færgebilletter. Sort plus herfra og hotellet havde en kanon beliggenhed 😃😃😃
