Mostly clean. Be sure to ask about daily cleaning of room if that is important to you. If you're looking for a quiet hotel so that you can work sometimes or if working in your hotel room is important to you, this is not the place. For extended stays where you don't spend the majority of your time elsewhere, this is perfect.

The representative that checked me in was very professional and should be recognized. I was going to leave before checking in until I spoke to the front desk personal. I do not know his name due to many hours with work. The room was dirty. Dirt on the floor and counters.

The property is clean, the employees are nice and helpful, all exterior access points are controlled by your room key. Rules are in place to keep the hotel clean, quiet and respectful. I have asthma and appreciate the fact that the bathroom had an exhaust fan. The laundry space is clean and well maintained, and the parking lot is well lit. I am impressed with how quiet it was at night, and I was finally able to sleep and relax. I will be coming back and highly recommend it to sleep deprived travelers.

There was a musty smell throughout and the 4th floor hallway carpet was badly stained. The room was ok for a single guy traveling, but I wouldn't feel comfortable with my family there. It reminded me of some old Navy Enlisted Barracks.
