"I loved staying at this hotel, great location the amenities. The employees made us feel welcome at all times, they gave us great attention, service, super kind employees, great food, music and great vibe to party. My only complaint was the bath towels, it was very rough and that the hotel doesn’t have hotel shuttle. Other than that, it’s a great place. I would stay here again!"

"Staff was amazing! Our Butlers, Diego and Luis were great but especially Diego. Miguel was the highlight of my trip. He made THE BEST margaritas ever! I was disappointed with the margaritas and he told me to come try his. OMG! I didn’t want one from anyone else. I found him or had Diego find him each time I wanted a margarita. "

"This all inclusive is Perfect! As someone that has travelled the World and does not believe in all inclusives, I was impressed with The RIU. Many things were great, but the restaurants and the magnificent service needs special mention. Highly recommend!"
