「The AC unit for the main part of the building that was outside the window was very loud.」

「We chose this hotel because we needed a two-bedroom suite for our family. My Expedia confirmation clearly showed a two-bedroom suite, but when we arrived, the hotel told us they only had us booked into a one-bedroom. They said it was an Expedia issue and that there was nothing they could do because they didn’t have any two-bedroom suites available. Unfortunately, this meant our kids had to sleep on the pullout couch instead of having their own bedroom, which was the entire reason we booked this...

「Room was clean upon arrival. Miscommunication with cleaning staff and attempted to rectify for room cleaning needs towards end of trip. Never got fresh bedding and had to ask for replacement towels. Three days we made sure we did not have the do not disturb sign hanging and spoke to the mgr on duty but room cleaning never came. Great area. Seemed quiet most of time.」

「My bath fan was on the entire stay. I could not turn it off and I found that pretty annoying. The hotel is close to a train line so if you are a light sleeper, they give you earplugs! The wifi was also spotty at first but got better, so maybe it was just my computer.」

「Loved staying at the Elizabeth! Very upscale hotel in a great location. Food at the Emporium restaurant on-site was delicious. Entertainment drinks, and atmosphere at the Magic Rat (also onsite) was great. Definitely recommend the Elizabteth.」

「Rude front desk person, the room was filthy and had bugs. The door locks were both broken. Room on the ground floor, next to pool and no other rooms. Smelled too. Asked the front desk for a different room because I felt unsafe in a ground floor room with no lock. She said there were no other rooms. Asked for a refund and she said tough luck. Horrible service and hotel」

「Charged 100% booking fee bc I couldn’t get in by 3am due to flight delay. Staff unwilling to check me in late, made me inform Expedia to cancel reservation, then hit me will full charge. Expedia unable to assist or protect customer. Predatory practices by this establishment. Never again!」
