「Clean, good AC, spacious and excellent water pressure」

「For the amount of money we spent (around $200 for a room for one night), I expected something decent. This place is old and run down. No pool, poor breakfast choices, stains on pillows and walls, the room was musty, TV did not work, paint was chipping, etc.」

「This Embassy Suites was so very clean. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast is always a highlight. There were 3 other events that we knew of going on there but we always felt safe and free to walk around.」

「Beds were adequate.The room had several areas that were damaged and needed attention. I took pictures. Breakfast was fine with a good variety. Hot tub was not hot and only 1-2 jets working at full force. For what we paid, it should seem that the room wouldn’t have damages and should have been fixed prior to having it available. Also do we pay for not using the room safe if we didn’t use it? It’s like the available mini bar in hotels, but you pay only if you use it. It could have been nicer...

「Breakfast is the typical continental breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with wet carpet in our room that had occurred from a leak earlier in the day. I brought this attention to the front desk who confirmed they could also smell wet/musty carpet. It took a little while for accommodations to be made, but we were moved from a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout to a room with 1 king bed and a pullout. For 3 adults it was not ideal, but my granddaughter slept on the couch....

「Rooms and property were well maintained. Good breakfast options. Did not know before arriving that the hot tub would be out of order. Would be good to have a notice under amenities about the hot tub was not available.」

「The property is a bit dated though (mostly) well kept, and the staff was excellent. The issue was that it is a 9-story building with only one of the two elevators working on a busy holiday weekend. The one working elevator was also extremely slow. This meant many people squished into the one elevator each ride which was uncomfortable times. I understand it is costly, though the property needs to invest in improving the mechanical operation of the elevators.」

「The front desk staff members are both professional and friendly (helpful too). The workout room is well stocked so that you could get a good workout in. (We did not use the pool.) Breakfast is probably a 4 out of 5 but we certainly enjoyed it. The location is a big plus for us. We have stayed here twice and will stay again in the future.」
