「Surprisingly nice hotel - it would be perfect for people attending events at the monument. They have a very nice pool, breakfast was good and they offered a reception with drinks and popcorn at night including a cultural training from a Lakota gentleman. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The laundry on site was handy and the staff were super helpful as well. The gym is in the basement so we didn’t end up using that and the hot tub jets didn’t work.」

「This hotel gets an A+ from me for several reasons. The hotel is very clean and in a very good location in Rapid City. The breakfast every morning was awesome with a lot of selections plus an array of fruit. The scones, though, were our absolute favorite breakfast treat. We were also lucky enough to be staying on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday which is when they offer a "Social Menu" from 5:30-7pm which comfortably fed my family of four with a delicious main entree and side dish, salad bar,...

Il personale del ricevimento dovrebbe essere più presente all'accoglienza, spesso non vi era nessuno, soprattutto negli orari pomeridiani e prima serata. Colazione migliorabile, soprattutto per ospiti con allergie ed intolleranze. Una dipendente si è prodigata lei stessa per comprare del latte di mandorla, ma dovrebbe essere l'albergo a fornire il tutto.」

「We enjoyed our close proximity to the pool. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was okay but a bit pricey. The bed was very uncomfortable and the carpet appeared to be in need of cleaning throughout the halls and room.」
