We stayed for a few days with about 13 of us including toddlers and had so much space and comfort. Everything was clean and organized. John (host) was very attentive and made sure the communication lines remained open for any additional questions we had. We would stay here again next time.

Beautiful house, 5 bedrooms and loft bed, to accommodate 6 adults and 6 children. Dishes, cups, glasses and silverware , pots and skillets to prepare meals. Large dining room table and bar stools for dining as a family. Lovely screened in back porch area for family gathering. Close to Rehoboth and Ocean City. Would definitely visit again with our family.

The house was awesome . Very nicely decorated. Extremely clean. It had everything that you would need — plenty of dishes, pots and pans , towels etc. It had several beach chairs , pool toys . The grill worked great . We had a great time . We were a group of 12 people (adults and kids) The beach was a short drive away. Cannot go wrong with this place .

A++ for this property! We vacation with a group of friends every summer in Bethany and have rented at various developments in the area and Forest Landing is our favorite! We were thrilled to find this 5 bedroom house this year. John was an awesome host, a clear and responsive communicator. The house was amazing, very clean, plenty of beach equipment, fully stocked kitchen and the usual household amenities (trash bags, laundry soap, etc). We especially enjoyed spending time outside on the screened-in porch. We look forward to returning!

We had a great time! The home was exactly as represented. Loads of space. Especially appreciated loft upstairs which served as play area for the kids. Very nice pool. Easy drive to multiple beaches. Really appreciated all the beach equipment. We had great cooks in our party/-kitchen equipment was great. And we enjoyed grill and screened-in-porch. Lovely neighborhood. Shot walk to pool and fitness center. Host checked in with us on 2nd day. Would definitely stay here again.

John was awesome to deal with and the house was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 toddlers. He even purchased a pack and play crib for our grand daughter. We all had a great time and commented that this was one of the best house rentals we have ever stayed at. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything that we needed. It had 12 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach toys for the kids. The grill was top notch. The screened in porch was a big hit for hanging out after the kids went to sleep. The beach and lots of good restaurants were all within 10 to 15 minutes away. We have already recommended this place to friends and we would come back in a heartbeat!

The house was extremely comfortable, well stocked with kitchen items, paper products, beach chairs, umbrella and cart, etc. The owner checked in by text a couple times just to make sure everything was ok. The perfect place for our group of 4 to spend a week. The house can easily provide private sleeping areas for 4 groups of two. The spot for #9 and #10 is an open loft that is exposed to noise from the kitchen/living area so only ideal for those who can fall asleep to and sleep through noise. One of our party has mobility challenges. The ability to live on a single floor and use the development pool, which is extremely accessible, was a wonderful bonus. We would definitely return to this exact same spot for another vacation and hope to do so soon.

This house is beautiful! The furniture is very tasteful and in mint condition and and we loved the beachy decor. The kitchen is very well stocked - has everything you could possibly need. The master bedroom and bath are just that - The Masters of the house. The master walk-in closet has more than enough room for clothes, suitcases, extra stuff, etc. Three of the five bedrooms did not have dressers. They did have nightstands which were somewhat sufficient for our needs. As well, the Twin/Full bedroom upstairs did not have a dresser or a closet. Fortunately there was only one family member in this room so they were able to lay their clothes out on the extra bed. The outside grill area/patio did not have the 2 chairs as depicted in the listing picture, but the gas tank was full. The owner provided 12 very nice beach chairs and a new freezer in the 2-car garage. We were able to easily park all 4 cars in the garage and in the driveway. The enclosed porch was a huge plus which is one of the reasons we chose this house. However, it was installed after the development was built and when the sprinklers went off half of the nights we were there, they caused water to shoot halfway into the porch at night. This was disappointing as we had to move inside. Installing a pull-down shade may help. We also recommend getting dressers at least for the 2 bedrooms upstairs. The owner was extremely attentive and we would definitely rent this home again.

I grew up going to Bethany as a kid staying at Sea Colony with my parents and brother. With two kids of my own now I really wanted to keep that tradition alive and start bringing my boys to the beach with my parents and in-laws along for the ride. The house could not have been more perfect. It was in a great and very friendly neighborhood just a 5 minute drive from downtown Bethany, 20 or so from Rehoboth. The house was spotless and exactly as listed. We had a small issue with the dishwasher not working, but after messaging John, the owner, he came over to the house himself and replaced. He was extremely nice to chat with and we were so happpy and thankful for taking the time out of his Monday. Each bedroom was great in size, the owners suite is the only one with an en-suite bathroom, but there were plenty to make use of. We made liberal use of a very spacious outdoor screened-in porch, and there was a brand new Weber grill that we used a couple of times for dinner at the house. Overall, my family was extremely happy not only with the house, but the overall experience. This home is definitely a 10/10 and I would highly recommend it for you and your family the next time you need a beach getaway.

This was the perfect getaway and the house was spotless. Once the kids went to bed, we could enjoy the screened in porch versus being stuck in the house. It was a short drive to the beach, and the chairs and cart that were available were such a lifesaver! The host was also extremely responsive. Having access to the pool was also amazing since we had two kids. We did have to bring our own linens and bath towels (or pay an extra $200) which we haven’t had to do at a VRBO before, but we made it work and brought our own. Overall an excellent experience and would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home during a vacation to the Bethany Beach area with extended family. The home was immaculate with nice amenities and well-located in a quiet community with a clubhouse and pool. I would not hesitate to stay here again, the hosts made us feel welcome and the process was smooth as can be.

The house was beautiful and very new and modern with space for a diverse group of older and young adults and one child. The screened in porch in back was awesome to relax in avoiding avoiding bugs both daytime and evening and the gas grill was great to grill dinner. The guests really enjoyed the pool within the neighborhood (great set-up for kids & adults). We would certainly rent here again! The hosts were also very easy to deal with during booking/pre-trip and also during the stay and checkout.

Very nice and clean property (although cleaning fee was a bit high). Overall very enjoyable experience. House in a perfect condition, with very nice and convenient bedrooms layout as well as spacious kitchen and living room with cathedral ceilings. House had everything for an enjoyable beach vacation including beach chairs, umbrella and nice covered and mosquito protected terrace. We had a flat tire on Tesla and had to stay extra day because it happened over the holiday. Owners were very nice and understanding. Would highly recommend this property to everyone.
