“What a beautiful alternative to the $550/pr night at the Renaissance or Graduate. Check in and entry were flawless, Kevin was responsive and allowed us access early as my son had an exam and not available until 5pm. We walked to PC when the sun came out which was great. Next time I would get a rental car (due to Ubers availably) as we are learning the area and like to explore. Beautiful space!”

“This place was great for our out-of-town guests with five bedrooms (though one was a twin with a trundle) and 2.5 bathrooms. The best part was the comfortable living/dining room, which was perfect for hanging out. It was also a convenient walk to the T. We appreciated the clear communication and how clean it was. Be aware that the company that owns this place will ask for lots of information outside of the VRBO platform (including a credit card and your ID). This made me a bit uncomfortable,……

“Our family came together to see our Grandson at Wentworth. I loved that the way the house is set up we were able to gather centrally to eat, laugh and lounge. If you're not familiar with Boston drivers, the street parking may be a concern but Uber was quite beneficial!”

“Everything was fine and clean, except after walking around barefoot the first evening, the otherwise white soles of my feet were brown. A deep cleaning of the floors is likely in order. They certainly looked clean and there was no debris. That being said, we would definitely stay there again!”

“Asked for early check in, owner put us off so no early check in. Took 3 emails to find out address. Only 1 wash towel, had to beg for additional towels, no bath soap, bathroom door did not close, notified owner but no fix. Coffee maker on last leg. We have rented many homes and have never been disappointed so this is the first.”

“It is a very cozy basement apartment with tons of privacy. The only complaint was the lack of a second bathroom that was advertised. It was very clean with charming decorations and the bedrooms were spacious.”

“This was newer remodeled in an older neighborhood. This is a very basic VBRO, not a luxury for the amenities provided. I am not familiar with the area but it was convenient with some nice restaurants in the vicinity. They did a good job, its nice, but not complete when we stayed. Property manager was prompt in assisting.”

“The apartment exceed our expectations overall. We attended our Daughters graduation at BU and this place felt like home. Love the fact that there was even a portable crib which was very helpful for my 2 year old son. The one little issue I had was the check in as the instructions were not clear as to finding the main office. The main office is actually located behind the two floor building were the apt is located. Finding the place at 11pm after our venue was quiet challenging as it was dark and……

“If you are looking for a room with a view, this is not your place. If you want a very comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a place to rest after a long day, this is as good as any. If you want your money to go toward a lady with young kids instead of a mega millionaire, stay here. This is in the southern suburbs of Boston. Not handicapped accessible because you have to go down 4 steps. ”
