「This hotel is beautiful. However if you’re going to run a contactless business you should find a better route to conflict resolution than calling your guests and accusing them of smoking pot in your rooms. I was headed to dinner for Valentines Day when someone called, representing the hotel, and said a strong smell of marijuanna was reported coming from my room.
