The property appeared to have a high number of long-term residents, with individuals frequently gathered and smoking near the main entrance, which created an unprofessional first impression. 「Parking was easy, check in was alittle difficult as it was hard to understand the man checking us in. He had a strong accent. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.」

「Was not happy with our stay. Got there at 15:30 and the rooms weren’t cleaned yet. Check-in time was at 15:00. Told me it was because there was a late check-out. It was still unacceptable. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the blinds were disgustingly dirty. They tried to cover up the smoke with a wall glade plugin. Just not happy at all. 」

「The room was a mix of new and worn. The sink, faucet the granite counter top were new and nice. The shower was new, but there was nowhere to hang a towel. The chair was in bad shape and worn out. The flooring was new. The lamp on the desk had the wire partially pulled out of the plug so it did not work. The tops of the desk, end table and by the tv was damaged and needed replacing. 「We were just passing through; so, it’s really hard to comment on the amenities. The room was very clean. The mattress felt new. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I will say the water temperature was extremely hot and I had to basically turn it off and on to shower. That would be my only concern. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had anywhere.」
