“- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!”

“The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue. “Several visits now. Staff and Food always excellent. The Steam Room in the Spa was Out of Order, which was a shame. I now mention it every time about the front door, it is so heavy and difficult to open. A motorised power door should be installed. Also, the state of the car park is atrocious. I don't care that it is a 3rd Party, It is bringing the hotel down.”

“職員態度非常好，回普雷斯頓猶如回家一樣。”

“Very clean and in great location. Sue is a very professional and friendly host. If we are in the area again would definitely stay here again. Oh, great coffee at breakfast”

“Easy parking at the front of the hotel, friendly welcome. Loved that the check in was after 2pm! Room was an Exec Patio king which was on the ground floor of the new wing, overlooking the front. Very clean, with toiletries, iron ironing board, coffee machine, kettle, simple but good storage for a couple of nights stay. Shelving for own toiletries in bathroom and great mirrors/lighting. Hairdryer, smart tv. Comfortable bed and pillows, usb ports beside bed, blackout curtains, and patio door with……

“We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will……

“I bought hotel.com gift card, but Shrad Riverside did not accept. Unfortunately Shrad charged my credit card which I don't really agree.”
