Recently renovated! Spacious, clean, modern & full of natural light.

Boasting 3 comfortable bedrooms (+ sofa sleeper in living room), 2 full bathrooms, comfortable accommodations for up to 8 guests, and chic modern farmhouse decor, this home is perfect for a relaxing Fredericksburg escape!

Home is on a corner lot in a quiet, safe neighborhood.

Driveway parking for 2 vehicles + plenty of safe street parking for multiple vehicles.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Our kitchen is stocked with all the tools, serving ware, appliances and basics for preparing all your meals. Our main dining table seats 6, plus counter and pub table seating offer an additional 7 spots to enjoy a meal or glad of wine.

Breakfast is in the fridge & includes:
When available, we happily share a dozen farm fresh eggs from our happy hens (you fix how you like).

BACKYARD:
Our backyard includes a large covered patio with a dining table that seats 6. Guests enjoy access to a BBQ grill + all the necessary grilling tools, a custom serving bar with plenty of serving trays for an al fresco spread, as well as a fire pit with additional seating for 6.

A tall fence ensures privacy from the road.

Guests will receive a unique Smartlock entry code for no-fuss access into the house; they will have access to the entire home and fenced-in backyard.

Home features three bedrooms with one king bed and two queen beds, and two full baths. A queen sleeper sofa is in the living room, allowing us to comfortably sleep 2 additional guests (for a total of 8 people).

We are located just 8 blocks from popular Main Street. Our home is on a well manicured corner lot full of mature trees, and our neighborhood has extra-wide streets and lots of shade. It's a safe & quiet place to walk or run any time of day. You can also walk to Main Street safely through neighborhood streets.
