Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located historic manor. But you won't need to go anywhere because it's all right here! Beautiful HEATED pool, hot tub, outdoor gazebo, 2 kitchens and outdoor living at it's finest complete with a projector for movies at dusk! It's a perfect place for large groups or multiple families up to 15 people.

We had a good time, but beware

Pros: Nice size house. Upstairs living room is the perfect common area Nice neighborhood/location Cons: Host is VERY slow to respond There was a missing bed in the house. The host never said anything and hasn't updated the listing. Some dishes were still dirty. We found hair in one of the bed, in-between the sheets. So I doubt the sheets were changed Outdoor space was dirty. cushions on chairs were dirty. There is a parked car limit. If I would have known this prior I would have had more people carpool. Check-in instructions say that there is a tankless water heater. One of the showers never had hot. We ran the water for more than 10 mins it never got hot.

Overall great place! Would book again!

The space was amazing, location is perfect. The only issue I had was with the check-in process. Had a minor panic attack because I hadn’t received check in instructions until 2 hours after check-in time and had to be on the phone with support to help out. Tried reaching out through various means but to no avail. Luckily support managed to get in contact with the host and everything went smoothly after. I would recommend.

Lovely Home

This is a very nice home that is convenient to main street but far enough away from the hustle and noise to be quiet and peaceful for relaxing. We loved being able to put everyone in an actual bed without having to utilize sleeper sofas even with 8 in our group. The living area upstairs is quite comfortable for hanging out to watch movies or play some games and the kitchenette makes it so easy to have access to refreshments without having to keep going up and down the stairs. There is ample space for parking. The pool and backyard area would make this a great option for a visit during warmer weather. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely look to this house for future stays.

Disappointed

Very nice historical home. We paid considerably more for this home than comparable in the area for the heated pool. We were told the day we arrived there is an additional $150 up charge to turn on the heater, which we agreed to though it seemed very bait and switch. Long story short, after all that the pool heater was broken and we were unable to use the pool at all. On the third day of our stay the heaters in the house stopped working in the middle of the night, owner sent out tech who repaired two of the heaters. Master bedroom never had heat. The neighbors are also not happy this is a rental property and make it clear every chance they get. After all that we were still charged full price even though we couldn’t use the amenities that chose this place for. There are other properties nearby with a much better value.
