Enjoyed our visit

We enjoyed our visit and magnolia cottage. The house was clean and had most things we needed. My only suggestion would be maybe add some comfortable furniture to the living room. After long days exploring the town and wineries coming back to comfy furniture would be a plus.

The location of this house was excellent for walking down to all the shopping and restaurants! The beds were comfy! The living areas were attractively decorated and sufficient! Very comfortable! Everything we needed was there!! We would definitely stay here again! Easy and great to work with!

Absolutely Delightful

Wonderful neighborhood and very cute little house! We would have liked somekind of shelf for our stuff in the second bathroom. Overall, great little house!

Magnolia house

Very nice - great location to Main Street in Fredericksburg. Smart thermostat was a bit difficult- it kept returning to 73 degrees so we had to keep resetting to 69. Hot tub jets are underpowered. Those are only issues - great location and nicely laid out.
