HOSTS - Quiet, private home to yourselves.
SLEEPS - Up to 11 people in 4 bedrooms; downstairs, 1 queen bedroom & up stairs, 1 king bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 trundle beds & 1 bedroom with a single over queen bunkbeds
BATH - 2 baths; Downstairs has a walk-in shower & upstairs has a bathtub/ shower combo. Additional make up station upstairs.
KITCHEN - Fully-equipped kitchen w/ a Keurig coffeemaker
BREAKFAST - None; coffee provided
AMENITIES - Hot tub, 55” Smart TV* in living area, 2 bedrooms have 29” Smart TVs*, WiFi, front porch with rockers, screened in porch with comfy seating, firepit with Adirondack chairs, charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), Tesla charger, indoor & outdoor games including ping pong, cornhole & board games, shaded tree bench swing, washer/dryer, located on over 1.5 acres

Denega Wedding

The property accommodated our group of 9 quiet well. The property was clean and had nice amenities. We enjoyed the peaceful place to rest and get ready for all the wedding events. We enjoyed using the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. A couple of things noticed were 1. the water flow was very low, particularly at the kitchen sink 2. there needs to be a "Watch your head" sign as you come down the stairs. We had 5 people that were 6 foot plus. All in all this was a great trip and a wonderful stay. We will recommend it to friends.

Dirty upon check-in, did not meet advertised expectations

The rental had not been cleaned from previous guests. The property manager was quick to respond by sending a cleaning crew, but we had to stay out of the rental the afternoon and evening of the first day. This property has photos of a game room, but it was locked and we were unable to access even after contacting the property manager. The backyard surrounding the fire pit was covered in red ants. The stove in the kitchen did not work properly. The only concession made by the property manager was half off the cleaning fee. I used to work for VRBO and embarrassed to have this property listed on the site. I hope the owner of this rental fires the property manager.

Family Trip

This house was perfect for our annual December trip to Fredericksburg. This is the furthest we've stayed from Main St. but it was a beautiful short drive and since we like to shop we typically drive to Main St. so we're not carrying too much around anyway. The kids loved having space for all of their cousins to stay in the upstairs rooms together. The teens got the bunkbed and littles got the twin trundles - worked perfectly. Home was well stocked and had plenty of bed linens. Thanks for a great stay!

Our Thanksgiving

My family spent our Thanksgiving here and it was wonderful. We enjoyed our time outside by the fire pit, sitting on the porch watching deer, playing ping pong, cornhole and air hockey. There was plenty of room for us and the house is precious. We loved it and would definitely come back.
