2025 Planning Retreat

I had an amazing stay for my personal retreat, and it was everything I needed! The hot tub was an huge plus and I left feeling refreshed. I’d totally recommend it if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway!

Quiet, Close, Comfy Cozy

This property is exactly as advertised! It’s a short walk to/from Main St. and all the shops, food, and drinks. We loved having the ability to walk and enjoy ourselves while being close to our room. The jacuzzi was private and very nice at night after a day of fun. The room was clean and well maintained making this a very pleasant experience. We will be seeking this property again for our next trip to Fredericksburg!

Cozy place to land

Property location is excellent being within walking distance of downtown and a short driving distance of many lovely wineries. The hot tub was relaxing and the bed was very comfortable. The only drawback is that the floors are loud and the walls are thin, so you can hear the other occupants in the adjoining property walking and talking. Also, it could use a second mirror (preferably full length) outside of the bathroom. Overall, it was a great place to land after a day in the vineyards and a night on the town.

Two days for two! Perfect

We decided to get away for a few days before heading back to work after the holidays. The place was perfect for the two of us! Easy access to all the Fredricksburg activities and very nice accommodations .We had everything we needed for a couple of days stay. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the hot tub because of the weather and timing. That was the only disappointment for us. The only thing we would add is a TV in the bedroom just because that is what we are use to. We certainly recommend this charming place for your next get away.

Hot tub was perfect, the AC was amazing. I loved this cozy property and we could walk to lots of fun stuff- parking is easy right on site. Looks like the property shares walls with another section but you couldn’t hear each other, super quiet.
