「I absolutely loved this property! They were so kind to our family from start to finish. My daughter had trouble sleeping because she forgot her medication. My wife had to drive 2 1/2 hours back home, 2 1/2 hours back to bring it to her. She woke up late for breakfast, but the staff was so kind and hooked her up anyway. 「Check you room first! The first room I was given had a dirty bathroom, including a wet wash cloth in the soap holder. Completely unacceptable. 「Lori was especially helpful and kind. She even helped me get questions answered regarding our next stop (Chicago). Our room and experience were much better here than at the Hilton in Chicago. She also recommended the beach which was our favorite part of the multi-state trip. Thanks Lori!!」
