“This was a family vacation and the biggest perk was that everyone had their own bathroom and bed. House is older, but in great shape and clean. It was a hot week, so glad they had fans. Kitchen for that many was small, but we made it work. Great location with lots to do within an hours drive. Great amenities at Golden Bell main campus and surprisingly quiet for it being next to other homes in the area. Thank you for a great spot and we encourage other large families to use the home!”

“Great place with amazing views! Host was very responsive.”

“Host and property manager were very easy to communicate with. The house was clean with plenty of extras needed such as kitchen supplies, bedding, baby gates, and even out door activity stuff. My family really enjoyed this property.”

“This beautiful, older home exemplifies Colorado. The location and the views were wonderful! Perfect home for large gatherings as well. The home was not as clean as I expected it to be. The upper and lower home is still under renovations.Still updating the appliances. We had no dish washer or wash and dryer on the upper level. The owners did try to have them repaired but not able during our stay. The owners were very nice and welcoming to us. We appreciated the flowers. The listing does mention that……

“Absolutely loved this place. The chalet was well equipped with everything you need to have. It was spotless and the grounds beautiful and quiet. There was nice stream on the property very close to each chalet. Will definitely go back.”

“Great”

“As soon as we arrived we saw that The kitchen sink was clogged with bad smell. We could not use the kitchen for dinner that night and had to struggle finding outside food with children traveling. Although the host arranged for the fix after 5 hrs , it was not a good experience we had. Even with Vrbo engaged in, the Host denied any compensation for the inconvenience caused.Rest all of the stay is good.Hope the host avoids these situations going forward.”

“Owner was proactive in communication - very much appreciated.”

“Beautiful cabin. The creek behind the property gives such a wonderful sound. Helps to sleep at night. Very close to town but if you prefer you can find solitude right out the back door. Everything worked beautifully and enjoyed our time here very much. Would come again!!!”

“Amazing property, beautiful stream. Only issue was one bathroom.”

“Enjoyed our stay in this well equipped, clean and comfy chalet. Everything was great except for Dish cable/tv reception.”

“The challets are incredible and yes my fur babies got to hang out with me Julian was very occamodating even offered late check out but we had to get back to reality as always to soon plenty of room for my entire family and visitors from back home. We all agreed we love it here and plan to come back as often as we can. From the fire place to the private hot tub and the star lit skies we love it. Thanks for everything Julian. See you guys again soon”

“Fabulous stay , very clean and quiet.. ”

“Hot tub and inside areas were very clean. Took some time to get used to the loft stairs since they were a bit steep, but sturdy. Felt secluded without being too far out of the way. Great views of the forest.”

“Everything is perfect and we love it. The spa is very nice and cleaned. Thank you!”

“The chalet was just right for our family, including the four grandchildren. Kim was wonderful and assisted us in sending information as well as being understanding.Location was wonderful and we saw wildlife almost every day.We love the quiet solitude that this property provided. There is a lot to do in this area of Colorado; but also just staying at the chalet and relaxing was a high priority. He appreciated all of the amenities and snacks for adults and kids.Highly recommended propertyI was……
