「6 Star amazing stay. There are some wonderful little touches. There is a guest book and a wishing letter drawer :)The location can not be better. Communication was prompt. Space was very clean. I felt very fortunate to have been able to book it for my dates. Note: I've had multiple 5 star short term rentals, 2 of which we in the top 5 of a major US city. No short term rental is as perfect as your very own home however it doesn't get much better than this. My trip comprised of my 6 year old...

「We loved staying at your condo in Salida. It was so clean and so beautifully furnished and decorated. We were very comfortable there and it’s location to everything in Salida was so nice. We walked everywhere and didn’t need a car. 」

「The check-in process was quick and easy. Communication with the host was great - they responded quickly to my questions. The property was very clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed for a quick girls getaway. The location was even better - closer to F Street - than what I had anticipated. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close parking. It was great to sit out on the upstairs patio for breakfast and be able to see and hear the river. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Nice stay. Live the town and wish we would have booked longer. 5 stars for us but…Be aware of the thin walls and if your neighbor is cooking you will smell it. Also, the lack of a curtain on the back side of the sleeping area means that the skylight wakes you as soon as the sun is around. And the bed was not a standard queen size, felt very small and we are not big people. 」

「Could not be in a better location in Salida. Room was comfy, clean, and quiet. Would be nice if there were dedicated parking spaces but that doesn’t seem to exist close by. Was concerned at first but got comfortable with street and public parking quickly. 」

「This property was wonderful! It was in the perfect location. We were steps from the river and all the action downtown. We had an issue with a code for the game room but Ali was very responsive and went out of her way to get us the code quickly. It turns out it was closed during our stay but they made an exception for us! So wonderful. We will definitely stay again! 」

「My partner and I were here for a short extended weekend trip, but I could definitely see being here for longer. The unit itself is well stocked with everything you could want - from all the kitchen essentials to sound machines by the bed. The location is prime too. It’s within walking distance of river access, hiking trails, and even downtown BV. Such a great spot! 」
